Troubleshooting Remedial action
Not working The operating level is not fully
closed.

Close the operating lever as
far as the stop.
The mains plug is not plugged
in.
X
Insert the power plug.
The collection container is not
fully inserted.
X
Insert the collection container
completely into the machine.
The keys are blocked.
X
Pull out the power plug and
reinsert after 10 seconds.
Troubleshooting Remedial action
The coffee ball is stuck in the
coffee ball slot
Front - coffee spout side:
X
Pull out the power plug.
X
Gently push the coffee ball
down with your nger.
Rear - water tank side:
X
Rinse the coffee machine
once or twice.
If the coffee ball has not been
removed:
X
Pull out the power plug.
X
Remove the collection
container from the coffee
machine.
X
Carefully remove the coffee
ball with your nger or the
handle of a spoon.
X
Remove the coffee ball
completely from the brewing
chamber.
X
Replace the collection con-
tainer.
X
Rinse the coffee machine.
X
Remove coffee powder with
a brush if necessary.
