The Power and I/O Breakout cable provides access to trigger and high-speed outputs. For RS-232, use the Power Supply
return path for ground.
The figure on the left shows the plug on the device.

Perform wiring or adjustments to I/O devices when the reader is not receiving power.

You can cut exposed wires short or trim wire ends. You also can tie the wires back if you use a tie made of non-
conductive material. Keep bare wires separated from the +24 V DC wire.
