12.0 ALARMS
Each visual alarm warning is associated with an audible warning.
You can silence the buzzer by pressing button .
E0” flashing; compartment sensor error.
Tells you that compartment sensor is faulty or is not connected properly.
If the alarm occurs during a blast chilling/blast freezing cycle, the cycle is stopped and the control panel goes into “standby”.
If the alarm occurs during a holding stage, the compressor cycles on and off, at preset time intervals, to ensure products are preserved
properly until the problem is solved.
No blast chilling/blast freezing cycle can be started.
Remedies:
- Check the integrity of the probe and the connection to the power board.
- Replace the sensor type PTC.
E1” flashing evaporator probe error.
Tells you that evaporator probe is faulty or is not connected properly.
The defrost will always have the maximum set.
The fan is only active while the compressor.
Remedies:
- Check the integrity of the probe and the connection to the power board.
- Replace the sensor type PTC.
E3” flashing; needle probe error.
Tells you that needle probe is faulty or is not connected properly.
A temperature-based blast chilling/blast freezing cycle cannot be started with “E3” alarm active, but a time-based blast chilling/blast freezing
cycle can be started even with “E3” alarm active.
Remedies:
- Check the integrity of the probe and the connection to the power board.
- Replace the sensor type PTC.
“]-[”flashing; door open.
Warns that the door has been opened while a blast chilling/blast freezing cycle is running.
Compressor and fans stop.
HP flashing; high pressure.
Reports excessive pressure in refrigerating circuit.
Compressor and fans stop.
No blast chilling/blast freezing cycle can be started.
Remedies:
- Not to introduce the product with too high temperature above 100 ° C, allow for venting in a few minutes before to
insert in the blast chieller.
- Ensure that there is sufficient space between the back and blast the wall (at least 15-20 cm) prevent backflow
of air cooling.
- Check the cleanliness of the grid on the front of the condenser unit, which may remove impurities with a vacuum
cleaner/brush.
If alarm persists, contact assistance department.
