The oven offers ten primary cooking functions:

  • Pizza: Melts and browns cheese and toppings, while getting the crust crispy. Recommended for frozen pizza.
  • Toast: Evenly toasts bread to a perfect level of darkness.
  • Bagel: Evenly toasts bagels to a perfect level of darkness.
  • Broil: Broils meat and fish, and evenly browns the tops of casseroles. Best for nachos, thin cuts of meat and fish, and casserole finishing.
  • Reheat: Heats leftovers without overcooking. Best for leftover meals.
  • Sear Crisp: Achieves contact searing with proteins and fresh pizza. Best for homemade pizza or proteins. This function requires preheating the baking tray.
  • Air Fry: Makes fast, extra-crispy foods with little to no added oil. Best for french fries, chicken wings and nuggets, and frozen food.
  • Air Roast: Achieves a crispy outside and perfectly cooked inside for a variety of meats, poultry, and veggies. Best for sheet pan meals, small-cut proteins, and veggies.
  • Rapid Bake: Bakes and evenly browns cookies and other baked treats. Best for baking cakes, muffins, brownies, and pastries. This function also requires preheating the baking tray.
  • Dehydrate: Evenly dries out food without cooking. Best for jerky, dried fruit, and vegetable chips.

The oven also features a convection fan (CONV. FAN) for certain functions, enhancing cooking efficiency and evenness.
