1. Make sure that the thickness of the worktop is at least 3
cm. Please select a heat-resistant material to avoid defor-
mation by heat radiation.
2. The hob must be well ventilated at all times and the
air inlet and outlet must not be blocked (as in Fig. on the
right). The safety distance between the hob and the cup-
board above the hob should be at least 760 mm.
3. Cut the hole in the worktop out how shown on the sket-
ches. To ensure a safe use of the cooktop, you need at least
50 mm space around the outside.
