Do not touch the fan motor during operation to avoid burns.
Keep away from flammable materials and do not block air vents to prevent fire.
Do not use damaged cords/plugs. Ensure electrical system is up to code.
Use polarized plug correctly; ensure full insertion into grounded outlet.
Operate fan in upright position. Plug into 120V AC, 60Hz outlet. Ensure tight fit for plug.
Plug fan directly into 120V AC, 60Hz outlet. Avoid overloading circuit by not using shared outlets.
Rotate dial to desired speed (1-LOW, 2-MEDIUM, 3-HIGH) or use pull-string control.
Rotate switch to OFF position or use pull-string to cycle speeds and turn unit OFF.
Pull left side pull-string to start oscillation; pull again to stop oscillation.
Tilt the fan to the desired position; the ratcheting effect should hold the angle.
Twist blade cap clockwise to remove. Note: Threads are reversed; unscrewing is clockwise.
Fit rear grille onto motor housing pins. Secure with locknut onto motor housing.
Place fan blade onto motor shaft, aligning pin with slot. Secure with blade cap (tighten counter-clockwise).
Attach front grille to rear grille using hook clip and grille clips.
Secure wall bracket to wall using proper anchors. Hang fan on bracket and secure with bracket screw.
Disconnect power before cleaning. Use damp cloth for grille; do not immerse fan or wires in water.
Internal motor bearings are permanently lubricated and require no additional lubrication.
Do not use if damaged. Store in original carton, coil cord to avoid damage.
Replace blown fuse with identical 2.5 or 5.0 Amp, 125 Volt fuse. Do not pull by cord.
Guaranteed against defects for one year from purchase. Return to retailer within 30 days, then to World and Main.
