Troubleshooting
If the robot vacuum cleaner detects a problem, the power
button
will ash red – an error description will be reported
via the app:
Error Meaning Solution
1 Check the laser module. Clean the laser module with a lint-
free, soft, dry cloth. Remove foreign
objects. Place the robot vacuum clea-
ner in a di󰀨erent location and restart.
2 Anti-fall sensors
are not working.
Clean anti-fall sensors and
gently shake the bumper.
3 The robot vacuum clea
-
ner cannot move.
Place the robot vacuum cleaner in a
di󰀨erent location and restart.
4 Distance sensor
is not working.
Clean the distance sensor with a lint-
free, soft, dry cloth. Remove foreign
objects. Place the robot vacuum clea-
ner in a di󰀨erent location and restart.
5 Robot vacuum cleaner
temperature is above/
below the norm.
Switch o󰀨 the robot vacuum cleaner.
Wait until the temperature of the robot
vacuum cleaner has normalised.
Observe the safety instructions.
6 Error during charging. Check the connection between the
power adapter and the charging
station. Check the charging contacts
of the robot vacuum cleaner and char
-
ging station and clean if necessary.
If the robot vacuum cleaner repeatedly collides with the same
obstacle, the bumper may be jammed.
Check the bumper for dirt.
Remove any foreign objects that may be present.
If the battery life is shortened, the battery may not be fully
charged. Charge the robot vacuum cleaner completely.
