Warranty
Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the
robot vacuum cleaner in order to familiarise yourself with how to
operate it.
KSR Group GmbH grants a separate warranty in compliance with
the following conditions. The statutory warranty provisions and
claims arising under the Product Liability Act remain una󰀨ected
by this. Any claims of the purchaser for supplementary perfor
-
mance and compensation for damages in the event of defects
shall remain una󰀨ected if the relevant conditions are met.
The warranty applies to the CVR 300 robot vacuum cleaner
and runs for 24 months from the date of purchase (the date of
receipt).
The battery has a warranty of 6 months from the date of purcha
-
se.
The warranty covers material, design and manufacturing defects,
provided that such defects were already present on delivery and
that the product was handled by the purchaser in an appropriate
and intended manner. Wear parts and materials used for servi
-
cing work are excluded from the warranty. The warranty includes
either free repair, replacement of the defective part or parts, or
replacement of the entire product with an equivalent product. The
right to decide on the remedy resides with KSR Group GmbH.
