Commtel COM102 - Antenna Connection

ANTENNA CONNECTION
Plug the antenna into the socket "ANT" on top of your
scanner and lock into position with the clamp ring. To
improve performance an external static aerial c~n be used
with a son co-axial feeder, not 75n TV type cable.
EARPHONE OR EXTENSION SPEAKER CONNECTION
An earphone may be used for private listening by plugging
into the EAR socket on the top of the scanner. This will
automatically disconnect the internal speaker. For easier
listening you can use a pair of mono headphones . If
necessary, an extension speaker can be added by plugging
into the EAR socket.
