Why is my COMPANION Refrigerator inner liner very cold and the compressor running continuously?

  Several factors can cause your COMPANION Refrigerator to run continuously with a very cold inner liner. It could be due to: * An excessively thick ice layer on the evaporator, in which case you should defrost the refrigerator. * Frequent opening and closing of the door; try to minimize how often you open the door. * An overloaded freezer; remove some items to reduce the load. * Insufficient airflow to the condenser; ensure the refrigerator is placed in a well-ventilated area.

  If the compressor on your COMPANION Refrigerator isn't running, the issue might be due to the "+" and "-" being switched, or the voltage being insufficient or interrupted. In either case, switch off the power, check the connections and fuses, correct the polarity if needed, and then restart the refrigerator.
