Settings, and check that
all control settings are
correct.
Compressors or
chilled water valve
(depending on type
system) is not
operating.
Display shows
dehumidification but,
compressors are not
running or, for chilled
water systems, the
valve is not open.
Check all items under
5 above.

Battery is dead.
If the system is turned
off for a few minutes
and then turned on
again, the set points are
not as they were.
The battery on the MCP
has an expected life of
at least 5 years. Contact
Compu-Aire for
assistance in replacing
the battery.
Excessive noise on the
power supply.
There has been a
thunder storm in the
area or there was a
power outage or brown-
out.
Random problems could
be attributed to noise
on the power source
caused by machinery
being switched on and
off, power outages or
thunder storms. These
kinds of problems can
be very difficult to
identify. Make sure all
