Don’t do anything unsafe
Do not ride “no hands”.
Do not hang objects from the handlebars or any other part of
the frame.
Do not ride under the inuence of alcohol or medicines.
Using headphones and mobile phones is prohibited
Do not use headphones connected to receivers or audio players
or your mobile phone while riding the bicycle.
Overtake with precaution
Observe the trafc around you before you overtake. Fit a bell as
an extra safety feature.
Defensive driving
Look out for dangerous situations. If necessary, stop the bicycle.
Be prudent when riding in reduced light conditions
Use front and rear lights and reectors in reduced light
conditions (riding at night, in underpasses and tunnels.
Be careful when riding on wet roads and when it’s windy
Ride with precaution: low speeds (especially on bends) and
increase your braking distance.
Riding accompanied
Recommended as you may have an emergency or a mechanical
fault.
Be careful when riding o-road
Replace damaged components
Replace your helmet if you fall or it has suffered an impact,
even if it doesn’t seem to have affected its impact absorption
capacity.
