REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR IMPACTS OR ACCIDENTS:
CONOR SPORTS has a frame replacement programme at very low
rates for owners who have broken a frame, either due to accident or for
other reasons not covered by the warranty.
The maximum period applicable will be 5 years as of the date of
purchase and the damaged frame will remain the property of CONOR
SPORTS S.A. and must be sent to the factory before the exchange
takes place.
Access to this programme is subject to compliance with the provisions
of point 3 of the WARRANTY CONDITIONS.
To request replacement of the frame, you must contact the dealer
you bought it from or contact our warranty department by sending an
email to garantias@conorbikes.com,
where you will be informed about the discounts offered according
to the time elapsed since the purchase.
The labour for this process will always be payable by the user.
