c) Operating modes
Press the "FUNKTION” key to change the operating mode. Press this key
several times to scroll through the different operating modes:

• Automatic operation
In the automatic operating mode (display "Auto" on the LC display) the
room temperature is controlled according to the set program for the week-
day. The temperature history for the current weekday is displayed on the
bar scale on the bottom of the display. The symbols " " and " "
indicate whether the comfort temperature or the lowering temperature is
active.

A temporarily temperature change can be set easily with the selec-
tion wheel. The next time a regular temperature change is schedu-
led the thermostat will then automatically return to the time-con-
trolled program.
• Manual operation
In the manual operating mode (display "Manu") the heating control main-
tains the set temperature. An automatic time-controlled change will not
be
performed.

This function is identical to the function of a conventional ther-
mostat.
c) Modes de fonctionnement
Le changement du mode de fonctionnement s´effectue par la touche « FON-
CTION ». Les différents modes de fonctionnement peuvent être appelés l´un
après l´autre en appuyant plusieurs fois sur la touche :

• Mode automatique
En mode automatique (affichage "Auto" «Auto»), la température ambiante
obeit à la programmation du jour de la semaine. Le profil de température
pour le jour de la semaine actuel est représenté sur le cadran à barres en
bas de l´afficheur . Les symboles « » et « » indiquent si la tempéra-
ture de confort ou la température réduite est activée.

En cas d´une modification temporaire de la température, celle-ci se
réalise simplement par la roue de réglage. Pour le prochain chan-
gement de température régulier dans le programme de temporisa-
tion, le thermostat retourne automatiquement au programme pré-
configuré.
• Mode manuel
En mode manuel (affichage «Manu»), le régulateur de chauffage reste en
permanence à la température configurée. Un changement automatique
synchronisé n´a pas
lieu.

Cette fonction correspond à celle des thermostats conventionnels.
