2. Prescribed Use
The ATX power supply unit is serves as the power supply of components such as mainboards, hard
disks, DVD recorders etc. The ATX power supply unit has to be installed and operated in a suitable
computer housing.
The product must not get damp or wet. No part of the product may be modified or rebuilt. The housing
must not be opened! The adhesive labels on the product must not be damaged or removed. Screws
or mounting parts of the product must also not be loosened or removed.
Any use other than the one described above damages the product. Moreover, this involves dangers
such as e.g. short-circuit, fire, electric shock, etc.
Please take note of all safety instructions and installation notes in these operat-
ing instructions!
3. Symbol Explanation
The flash icon in a triangle is used to alert you to potential personal injury hazards such
