Primary control points
Do not overload the
supporting level. Make
sure that the load does
not exceed the capacity
indicated, and that the
load is evenly distributed.
Make sure that
the safety pin is
properly locked.
Check that no
uprights are
damaged.
The oor must be
levelled, unbroken
and adapted to
the load.
Install protectors on the
uprights. Make sure
that the aisles are
properly dimensioned.
Make sure that the
goods do not fall
off. Place the pallets
correctly and do not
use broken pallets.
Use the load sign
to check that the
pallet racking is
not overloaded.
First bracing is
placed too high.
Check that no
bracing is damaged.
