19.4. PROGRAMMING DOSES FOR COFFEES :
The machine doesn’t have to be in Eco mode (otherwise press the key ENTER 1 time to get out of the
Eco mode).
To have access to program the volumetric doses (flowmeters), you have to use the last button on the
right "P5 Gr1 (continuous flow key) on the remote control group 1.
The programming operations must begin within 10 seconds after the entry into programming mode
otherwise it will automatically exit programming mode, the display indicates :
a) Press the continuous flow key "P5 Gr1" and hold for 5 seconds until the button "P5 Gr1" flashes.
b) Release the button "P5 Gr1". Press the key to program, the LED of this button is lit during the
programming procedure and the button "P5 Gr1" continues to flash.
c) When the desired dose is reached, make a second push on the same key, the light goes out but the
key "P5 Gr1" continues to flash
To program another button, repeat the procedure within 10 seconds
The programming of the 1st group is copied to the other groups, but they can be programmed
independently.
19.5. AUTOMATIC CLEANING OF COFFEE UNITS:
This mode allow to start automatically a cleaning cycle on each group independently.
After making 250 distributions on a same group, the display shows
The machine is still usable but the message does not disappear until the cleaning has not been made.
To start the process of cleaning the coffee group No. 1, do the following:
_ Insert the dummy filter in a filter holder and fix it on the group 1.
_ Press the "P5 Gr1 +" P1 Gr1 "during a short time. The cleaning cycle starts automatically.
_ The display indicates:
_When the cycle is complete, the LEDs "L5 Gr1 +" L1 Gr1 "stop blinking.
_ Remove the filter holder and clean the residue of coffee, then put the good filter in position again.
The procedure is similar for other coffee groups, insert the dummy filter in a filter holder and fix it on
the group 2 or 3 then:
_ Press the "P5 Gr2" + "P1 Gr2" for a short time to start the automatic cleaning cycle on the group 2.
_ Press the "P5 Gr3" + "P1 Gr3" for a short time to start the automatic cleaning cycle on the group 3.
Cycles can be interrupted by pressing any key on the group
During the automatic cleaning of a group, the other groups can be used.
