7. Select High and leave for 2 hours, check the sponge is cooked by inserting a skewer into
the pudding to make sure the sponge is cooked.
8. When cooked turn of the slow cooker, carefully remove the pudding basin from the
ceramic pot , open the foil, loosen with a pallet knife and turn upside down onto a plate
ready to serve.
This pudding is delicious served with either custard or ice cream.
