The limited warranty policy on COROS' website, which contains inconsistent warranty
information, does not comply with the applicable law either. So COROS should
update the policy.

in the "Online Auction Purchases" section).
a step-by-step explanation of the procedure that the consumer should follow to
obtain performance of any warranty obligations. The policy tried to explain the
procedures, but the links were not working and the procedures were not clear
based on what was in the police.
COROS may also want to (1) limit the duration of implied warranties, and (2) limit
relief such as incidental or consequential damages.
