Interior Component Removal and Installation
WATER COUPLER INSTALLATION
CAUTION
When servicing, use caution and monitor the unit
for leaks before installing the unit into the product
opening.
After installing the water coupler, install:
Main control module
Upper spray arm
Upper rack
Rear insulation
Top and side insulation
INSTALL THE WATER COUPLER
Insert the water coupler into the water conduit on the
middle rack.
Insert the middle rack into the unit, pushing it back
until the water coupler contacts the rear of the tub.
Install the middle rack end caps.
Use your fingers to align the water coupler to the
holes in the tub rear and the feed tube inside bracket.
With the holes aligned, use a T-15 Torx bit to install
the water coupler mounting screws. Tighten them to
a snug fit.
Remove and check the gaskets on the feed tube's
top and rear ports. If they are damaged, replace
them.
Install the feed tube gaskets onto the feed tube ports.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure the gaskets are
straight and not kinked.
Insert the middle feed tube outlet into the middle feed
tube port on the rear of the tub.
TIP: Do not force the middle feed tube outlet into
the middle feed tube port. Doing so can cause a
leak.
Place the rear feed tube bracket cover onto the unit.
Use a

” socket to install the nuts onto the rear
feed tube bracket cover.
Insert the top feed tube outlet into the top feed tube
port.
Insert the top inside bracket assembly.
Place the top feed tube bracket cover onto the unit.
Use a

/
32
” socket to install the nuts onto the top
feed tube bracket cover.
Install the upper spray arm nut onto the feed tube,
tightening it to a snug fit.
