Withproofof purchase,adefectivenon-expendablepartwillreceivefreein-homerepairorreplacementatoptionofseller.
BATTERYLIMITEDWARRANTY
FOR90DAYSfromthedateof purchase,thebattery(anexpendablepart)ofthisridingequipmentiswarrantedagainstanydefectsinmaterialor
workmanship.Withproofofpurchase,anewbatterywill besuppliedfreeofcharge.Youareresponsibleforthelaborcostof batteryinstallation.
ADDITIONALLIMITEDWARRANTIES
inthefollowingadditionalwarranties,youareresponsibleforthelaborcostofpartinstallationafterthesecondyearfromthe dateofpurchase.

FORASLONGASITISUSEDbytheoriginalownerafterthe tenthyearfromthedateofpurchase,thecastironfrontaxle(if equipped)ofthisridingequipment
iswarrantedagainstanydefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.Withproofofpurchase,anewcastironfrontaxlewill besuppliedfreeof charge.

Inallcasesabove,ifpartrepairorreplacementisimpossible,theridingequipmentwill bereplacedfreeofchargewiththesameoranequivalentmodel.
Alloftheabovewarrantycoverageisvoidifthisridingequipmentiseverusedwhileprovidingcommercialservicesorif rentedto anotherperson.
ThiswarrantycoversONLYdefectsinmaterial and workmanship.WarrantycoveragedoesNOTinclude:
• Expendableparts(exceptbattery)thatcanwearoutfromnormalusewithinthewarrantyperiod,includingbutnot limitedtoblades,sparkplugs,air
cleaners,belts,andoilfilters.
• Standardmaintenanceservicing,oilchanges,ortune-ups.
• Tirereplacementorrepaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchasnails,thorns,stumps,orglass.
• Tireorwheelreplacementorrepairresultingfromnormalwear,accident,orimproperoperationormaintenance.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatorabuse,includingbutnot limitedtodamagecausedbytowingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityoftheriding
equipment,impactingobjectsthatbendtheframe,axleassemblyorcrankshaft,orover-speedingtheengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatornegligence,includingbutnotlimitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecausedbyimproperstorage,failureto
usethepropergradeandamountofengineoil,failureto keepthedeckclearofflammabledebris,orfailureto maintaintheridingequipmentaccording
tothe instructionscontainedintheoperator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningorrepairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontaminatedoroxidized(stale).Ingeneral,fuelshouldbeusedwithin30days
ofitspurchasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearoftheexteriorfinishes,orproductlabelreplacement.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
