Changing the
LCD setting
To set the contrast level for your player’s screens
1. Press and hold the Menu scroller.
2. Scroll select the Display menu.
3. Scroll select the Contrast submenu.
4. Use the Menu scroller to increase or decrease the LCD contrast. The
lower the number, the lower the LCD contrast.
5. Press the Play/Pause button twice to exit.
To adjust the screen backlight duration
1. Press and hold the Menu scroller.
2. Scroll select the Display menu.
3. Scroll select the Light submenu.
4. Scroll Select the backlight duration. A lower number setting conserves
battery power for longer playback time.
5. Press the Play/Pause button twice to exit.
Turning on
backlight
Press any button.
How long the backlight stays on depends on the duration you set in Menu
mode.
