1. Raise the presser foot (14) and turn the
balance wheel (28) toward you until the
needle moves up to its highest position.
2. Remove the flat bed (see page 6).
Open the bobbin case cover (7), as shown.
3. Open the latch of the bobbin case and
take the bobbin case out of the machine.
