  If the compressor is running but the water from your Crystal Mountain Water Dispenser is too warm, consider the following: * The cold control might be set too low or be defective. Adjust or replace as necessary. * The refrigerant drier might be blocked. Replace the drier and recharge the system. * There could be a refrigerant leak. Recharge the system. * The evaporator band might not be tightened around the reservoir. Check that the evaporator is secure and latched.

Recharge with the correct charge. * Not enough clearance at the rear of the cooler. Move the cooler away from the wall at least 3 inches.
