  A loss of water pressure in your CSI Water Dispenser could be due to scaling or fouling of the inlet pipe, which requires cleaning or replacement, along with pretreatment to prevent recurrence. Fouled resin also contributes to this, necessitating resin cleaning and pretreatment. Additionally, an improper backwash setting should be addressed by backwashing more frequently.

  To address continuous flow to drain in your CSI Water Dispenser, this may be caused by foreign material in control piston and seals, an internal control leak, a valve jammed in backwash, brine, or rapid rinse position, or a motor that has stopped or jammed. For all of these issues, contact your dealer. Also check for jammed piston and replace piston and seals. Replace motor if motor is unresponsive.
