Troubleshooting
Leaks between cap and bottom of filter housing:
1. Turn off water supply and press the red pressure-relief button. Remove bottom of housing.
2. Clean O-rings and off-white cap insert that O-rings install on. Lubricate O-rings with clean silicone
grease and replace securely on threads of cap insert. Screw bottom of housing onto cap and
hand-tighten. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN.
Leaks from inlet/outlet connections:
1. Turn off water supply. For brass fittings, tighten nut snugly about 1/2-turn with a wrench.
2. Turn on water supply. If leaks persist, or if there are other leaks on system, turn off water
supply. Call Technical Support at 1-800-721-7360.
Leaks from cap valve assembly:
Contact Technical Support immediately at 1-800-721-7360.
HF-360B with P5 cartridge is tested and certified by WQA against NSF/ANSI
372 for low lead compliance, NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 for material safety, and
CSA B483.1 for material and structural integrity. Not certified for contaminant
reduction.

Reparaciones
Se derrama agua entre el cabezal y el sumidero:
1. Cierre la fuente de agua y oprima el botón rojo de aliviar presión. Quite el sumidero.
2. Limpie las juntas tóricas y la tapa de inserción blanco mate en la que se instalan las
juntas tóricas. Lubrique las juntas en O con grasa de silicona limpia y vuelva a colocarlas
cuidadosamente en las roscas de la tapa de inserción. Atornille el sumidero al cabezal a mano.
NO APRIETE DEMASIADO.
Se derrama agua de la entrada o salida:
1. Cierre la fuente de agua. Con accesorios de bronce amarillo, apriete la tuerca ajustada dándole
1/2 vuelta con una llave.
2. Abra la fuente de agua. Si sigue derramando agua, o si ve que se derrama agua de otras partes
del filtro de agua. Llame al Departamento de Ayuda Técnica 1-800-721-7360.
Se derrama agua de la válvula del cabezal:
