3. Raise hitch into position using CM-SP16 spacers to level
hitch as necessary. Remove fishwires and loosely install
(4) 1/2" hex flange nuts.
NOTE: Be careful not to push the bolts into the frame.
4. Torque all 1/2" fasteners to 110 lb-ft.
