Hot surfaces
• To avoid injury, allow the brewer and
dispenser(s) to cool before cleaning.
Note
• Do not use cleaning liquids, compounds or
powders containing chlorine (bleach) or
corrosives. These products promote corrosion
and will damage the fi nishes. Use of these
products will void the warranty.
5.1 Care safety instructions
Regular cleaning is essential in order to ensure
problem-free operation of the coffee machine and to
ensure optimum coffee quality.

> Follow all hygiene instructions.
> Follow the HACCP cleaning schedule.

is not in use.
> Prior to and after every instance that the
machine is shut off for several days, perform
all cleanings.
