TEMPERATURE CONTROL PANEL
Achieving the correct water brewing temperature is essential for optimum flavour
extraction of tea and coee. The quick reference guide below shows the ideal brewing
temperatures for dierent types of teas.
USING YOUR KETTLE
On/o button
Used to turn the kettle on and
o. If no other temperature
is selected then the default
temperature (212°F) will start.
Temperature select button
Used to set temperature in
increments from 160°F through
to 195°F.
Temperature indicators
Will illuminate to show you
which temperature has been
selected. When no indicator
light is illuminated the default
temperature 212°F is used when
pressing the ON/OFF button.
