BOILING WATER (212°F)
KEEP-WARM FUNCTION
USING A SET TEMPERATURE
Press ON/OFF button. The kettle will then turn on and heat the water up to 212°F. The
LED kettle lights will light up RED. The kettle will switch o automatically after the
water has been boiled.
To heat up water and keep-warm (hold temperature). Select the temperature you
desire and start the kettle. Then hold the ON/OFF button down for approx. 3 seconds
until the corresponding LED light flashes.
When the water reaches the set temperature, two beeps will be heard and the heating
function will switch o. The water will automatically reheat when the water temperature
drops by 50°F. While the keep-warm function is activated, the corresponding LED light
will continue to flash. The kettle will switch o automatically after 30 minutes, if the
ON/OFF button is pressed or if the kettle is removed from the power base.
Press the temperature select button (+/-) until the LED light of the temperature you
want is lit up. Then press the ON/OFF button to start heating the water. The colours
that display on the LED kettle lights relate to the following temperatures.
160°F = GREEN
175°F = LIGHT GREEN
185°F = BLUE
195°F = PURPLE
The kettle will automatically switch o once the water has reached the set temperature.
Any function can be cancelled at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button or
by removing the kettle o the power base.
NOTE: the Keep warm function will only operate for temperatures 160°F, 175°F,
185°F and 195°F.
