1.3 Post driver

RODUCT DESCRIPTION
The JC300 is designed to drive posts in low to medium soil compaction by means
of a motorised percussion mechanism that generates hammers the top section
of a post. The machine operates using a manual work cycle and by manually
loading the materials.
The percussion mechanism is linked to a source of energy comprising a four-
stroke internal combustion engine and has low emission levels.
The motor is engaged by a manually operated recoil starter featuring a centrifugal
clutch.
The motor is fitted with a choke that facilitates starting a cold motor.
The post driver has an on/off switch that may be pressed using the same hand
that operates the throttle mechanism, the operator’s right hand.
Given that the motor is powered using a carburettor that may work in an inclined
position, the posts may be loaded to the machine whilst it is on.
