Installing and Removing the Infant Car Seat
Installing with Base Using LATCH/UAS
1. BEFORE installing
Base, turn Base over
and remove LATCH/
UAS Straps from
LATCH/UAS Storage
Slots by pulling the
straps out as shown.
2. Make sure the vehicle
is on level ground
and place the Base in
an approved vehicle
seating location.
3. Adjust the Recline Foot
to achieve the correct
angle for your child's
weight as shown on the
Recline Indicator.
• BLUE zone: 1.8 - 9 kg
(4 - 20 lbs)
• GREEN zone: 9 - 15.8
kg (20 - 35 lbs)
9 - 15.8 kg (20 - 35 lbs)
1.8 - 9 kg (4 - 20 lbs)
