Set Up
1. Adjust handles and backrest to the chest press position.
2. Adjust seat bottom and back so that handles are at mid-
chest.
3. Select hand position that allows hands to nish in front of
the shoulders.
Movement
1. Push handles forward until arms are fully straightened.

NOTE: Motion Developed: Shoulder Flexion, Elbow Extension
MUSCLES USED
Pectoralis Major,
Anterior Deltoid, Triceps
