The child seat consists of a booster seat (d) and a backrest (a) with height
adjustable shoulder and headrest. Only the combination of both parts
provides best protection and comfort to your child.

Backrest Flush Fit

Backrest must lie flat. Booster must be pressed firmly back into seat.

Securing the Child

Belt Insertion and Buckling

Insert 3-point belt, buckle it. Ensure belt is flat, not twisted.

Lap Belt Routing

Insert lap belt (n) into bottom belt guides (k). Pull tight via diagonal belt (f).

Belt Buckle Placement Warning

Car seat buckle (I) must not reach into bottom belt guide (k); if too long, seat is unsuitable.

Optimal Lap Belt Position

Lap belt must run as low as possible over the groin for optimal accident effect.

Diagonal Belt Routing

Route diagonal belt (f) through red shoulder guide (g); ensure it runs between shoulder edge and child's neck.

Securing Checklist

Check lap belt in bottom guides, diagonal belt in bottom/shoulder guides, belt runs diagonally back, belt is tight and untwisted.

Headrest Contact Requirement

Child's head must stay in contact with headrest for optimal side-impact protection.

Never block the locking device (t); free movement is crucial for child safety in accidents.
