Adjust shoulder/headrest height for optimal belt position and comfort; check with two fingers.
Generally install the seat in the rear of the vehicle. Front seat poses higher risks in accidents.
Only use with 3-point automatic belts. 2-point or lap belts are unsuitable and dangerous.
Ensure backrest (a) lies flat against car seat backrest; avoid sleeping position.
Backrest must lie flat. Booster must be pressed firmly back into seat.
Insert 3-point belt, buckle it. Ensure belt is flat, not twisted.
Insert lap belt (n) into bottom belt guides (k). Pull tight via diagonal belt (f).
Car seat buckle (I) must not reach into bottom belt guide (k); if too long, seat is unsuitable.
Lap belt must run as low as possible over the groin for optimal accident effect.
Route diagonal belt (f) through red shoulder guide (g); ensure it runs between shoulder edge and child's neck.
Check lap belt in bottom guides, diagonal belt in bottom/shoulder guides, belt runs diagonally back, belt is tight and untwisted.
Child's head must stay in contact with headrest for optimal side-impact protection.
Never block the locking device (t); free movement is crucial for child safety in accidents.
Never use the child seat without its cover.
Never use chemical cleaners or bleaching agents.
Accidents can cause invisible damage. Replace seat immediately.
