Why does my CYBEX V Series randomly reset or pause?
    • J
      John MurrayAug 12, 2025
Your CYBEX Treadmill might be resetting or pausing due to several reasons. First, ensure the treadmill is connected to an adequate power source, ideally a dedicated 20 amp circuit in North America. Inspect the power connection at the electrical outlet and the machine to ensure it's properly seated. Also, make sure the emergency stop magnet is correctly engaged and that nothing is obstructing the stop switch on the display console or handlebar. If the ground prong on the line cord is damaged, replace the line cord.

Why is the maximum speed reduced on my CYBEX V Series Treadmill?
    • D
      Debbie RiveraAug 23, 2025
The maximum speed on your CYBEX Treadmill might be reduced because you are pushing the striding belt with your feet, running faster than the belt's speed. Instruct users not to push the striding belt. Also, the striding belt or deck may be malfunctioning; if the deck laminate is worn or the underside of the striding belt is glazed, replace both the belt and deck. Ensure the treadmill is plugged into an appropriate circuit, ideally a dedicated 20 amp circuit in North America.
