Tighten the front axle nut to the
specified torque.
FRONT AXLE NUT TORQUE :
5.0~7.0kgf.m

not to damage the brake pads. Install
the caliper fixing bolts, and tighten to a
torque of :
2.7kgf.m
Install the speedometer cable and
tighten the oval screw.
After installing the wheel, apply the
brake several times and then check if
the wheel rotates freely. Recheck the
wheel if the brake drags or if the wheel
does not rotate freely.
[REAR WHEEL REMOVAL]

in upright position on level ground.
2. Loosen the drive chain adjusting nut
lock nuts and adjusting nuts.
3. Remove the rear axle nut.

to loss of braking capacity.
Do not depress the brake pedal while
the wheel is off the motorcycle.
The caliper pistons will be forced out
of the cylinders with subsequent loss
of brake fluid. If this occurs,
servicing of the brake system will be
nececcary. See your authorized
