1) Replace the idler gear shaft if the measured value
is out of the specified limit.
2) Measure the inside diameter of idler gear with the
dial indicator.
1) Use the jig when installing or overhauling cam
shaft.
Camp shaft bearing. Special jig of cam shaft
bearing : 9-8523-1810-0
2) Measure clearance between cam journal and cam
shaft bearing.

3) Check the rocker arm shaft oil port whether alien
substance is in it or not.
Clean the rocker arm shaft oil port with an air if
necessary.
