z Check the inside of combustion
chamber for foreign substances, and
carefully mount the cylinder head
assembly in the block by aligning the
dowel pin with the dowel pin hole.
CAUTION :
Be careful not to damage the cylinder
head gasket. If the dowel pin is not in
alignment, lift the cylinder head again
and then remount it.
CAUTION :
After tightening the cylinder head bolts,
even at disassembling, the cylinder
head gasket should be changed a new
one.
z Coat the cylinder head bolts with
engine oil, and tighten in proper
sequence to the specified torque
according to bolt tightening order. (refer
to the figure).

z However, before tightening bolts, the
side parallel degree between cylinder
heads should be adjusted.
