What to do if my Daikin MPS015B Heat Pump unit will not run?

If your Daikin Heat Pump unit won't run, there are several potential causes: * A power issue: check for correct voltage at the compressor contactor in the control box, or replace blown fuses. * Thermostat calibration: try resetting the thermostat if it's set too high. * Contactor failure: check for 24 volts at the contactor coil and replace it if the contacts are open. * Transformer issue: check the wiring and replace the transformer if it's defective. * High pressure control: reset it, noting that it opens at 450 PSIG.
