Boiler washing (daily)
To ensure that the hot water for infusions is always clean and potable, clean
the boiler daily.
Proceed as follows to wash the boiler:
• Insert one end of a flexible hose in the hot water outlet on the machine and
the other end in the sink.
• Tap CLEANING on the main display and then select BOILER.
• Activating the wash cycle the display returns to the main screen and displays
the wash cycle icon.
• During the cleaning of the boiler the groups remain operational.
• This cycle lasts about 30 minutes, so it is advisable to carry it out at the
end of the work day.
WARNING
Be sure to carefully fasten the hose used to drain the hot water from the
machine to avoid burns.
WARNING
Should the machine remain inactive for more than 1 day, wash the brew
groups and the boiler as described above.
