Periodic cleaning
Approximately every 3-6 days (depending on the amount of daily work)
disassemble the showers and the shower heads located under the brew
groups and clean them with the special brush provided. Reassemble these
parts paying attention to reposition all the parts correctly, otherwise it could
lead to bad coffee extraction and damage to the brew groups.
Softener maintenance
If the machine is connected to a water softener, for the maintenance of the
latter see its special instruction manual.
WARNING
The manufacturer and the installer shall not be liable for any damage caused
by the lack of and/or incorrect maintenance of the softener.
