This document describes the DAN5TFS 60CM Built-In 5 Function Electric Oven from Daniela Appliances, an Italian-heritage brand established in 2005. Daniela Appliances, founded in 1988 as Italnova, focuses on delivering high-quality, competitively priced products. Their appliances are extensively tested and come with ISO certification.
Function Description:
The DAN5TFS oven offers five distinct cooking functions to cater to various culinary needs:
- Light: This function simply turns on the oven light, which is particularly useful for cleaning the oven interior.
- Defrost: Utilizing only the fan, this function circulates air inside the oven to defrost food quickly without altering its protein structure.
- Fan Forced: This mode engages both the fan and the rear heating element. It's ideal for multi-layer cooking, roasting, and baking, suitable for items like cookies, meringues, and pastries, ensuring even heat distribution.
- Full Grill: Designed for grilling and gratin dishes, this function requires the oven door to be half-open with control protection in position. For optimal results, it should be used at a minimum temperature of 210°C and with food placed on the top three shelf positions.
- Fan Grill: This function combines the rear fan with the full grill, circulating heated air evenly throughout the oven. It's recommended for grilling meat, chicken, fish, and sausages. For best results, use a minimum temperature of 210°C and the top three shelf positions. When using this function, food should be placed on a grill inset rack to allow air circulation between the food and the tray below, eliminating the need to rotate food.

- For general cleaning, use lukewarm soapy water (and household cloudy ammonia if necessary) and a soft microfibre cloth.
- Clean after every use, especially after roasting and grilling, to prevent stubborn build-up of grease and fats.
