Fault finding guide
Alarms
Localise the problem in the left column and follow the instructions in the right column

Yellow light-emitting diode
(30/min) and a beep-
sound.
The filters need to be
checked/changed.
Change the filters and reset
the filter timer on the unit.
See the section ”
Preventive
maintenance”, on page 14.
Red, permanent light-
emitting diode and beep-
sound.
The unit has an electrical
malfunction.
Take contact to your elec-
trician.
Red, flashing light-emitting
diode (30/min) and beep-
sound.
Red, flashing light-emitting
diode (120/min) and beep-
sound.
High or low temperatures
have been detected inside
the unit.
Disconnect the power sup-
ply of the unit. Make sure
that there is no smoke or
fire in the house. Contact
your installer.
If the unit is not operating
due to low temperatures,
start up the unit in Installa-
tion Mode, see the section
User’s guide” on page 12.
Malfunction

Action
The unit does not operate,
and there is no light on the
control panel.
Power is not connected.
Make sure that the power
supply cable is mounted
correctly.
There is water
around/beneath the unit.
The unit is not installed
correctly. The unit might be
leaking while it is operating
due to a clogged drain.
Check and clean the drain-
age hose. Mount it again
according to the instruc-
tions in the installation
manual. If that does not
help you must contact your
installer.
