Abnormal noise from the
unit
Fan Step 4 is activated
(only suited for shorter
duration of use).
Turn the unit back to Fan Step
1, 2, 3 or activate Automatic
Demand Mode.
The installation has not
been done correctly.
Contact to your installer to get
the unit correctly balanced
The unit is not cooling suf-
ficiently.
The outside air might be
heated up before enter-
ing the house.
Contact to your installer.
The temperatures are
outside the established
limits, which must be
met in order to achieve
cooling with the help of
bypass. See the section
“Set points and control
strategies” in the instal-
lation guide.
Activate Manual Bypass Mode
and cooling is active for the
next 6 hours.
Disparate operation, with a
large variation of the vol-
ume of air.
The unit is probably set
on Automatic Demand
Mode which will vary the
volume of air according
to the needs in the
house and the humidity
level of the extract air.
It is recommended to set the
unit in Manual Operation Mode
and choose the fan step which
meets the demands most opti-
mal (normally Fan Step 3).
It is not advisable to operate with
air flow rates beneath the
amount demanded by the house
with reference to national law
regulations, otherwise it can cre-
ate a risk of damage from damp
and reduced air quality.
