1 lb ground pork
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp unsalted, plain breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Chinese 5 spice powder
1 large egg
½ tsp sesame oil
parsley and sesame seeds to garnish
Ingredients:
5 spice
meatballs
Directions: (Temperature: 400ºF Time: 10 minutes)
Combine pork, salt, breadcrumbs, 5 spice powder, sesame oil and egg in large
bowl.
Mix together by hand until well combined.
Use hands or scoop to form 1.5” balls and place 4 balls at a time into Air Fryer
in one layer.
Fry for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley and sesame seeds.
