½ cup riced cauliflower
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons pizza sauce
4 tablespoons shredded mozzarella

Directions:
1. In a mini food processor, pulse the egg, cauliower, mozzarella, oregano, and
garlic powder until the mixture is very nely chopped.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on the bottom of the Wafe Maker.
Add half the cauliower mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon more
of the Parmesan cheese on top of the cauliower mixture.
3. Cook the chafe until well-browned and crisp, about six minutes. Set chafe
aside to cool. Repeat three times making four chafes.
4. Top each chafe with 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon
mozzarella. Place the chafes under the broiler until the cheese melts, 1-2
minutes. Watch carefully so they don’t burn. Serve immediately.
