INGREDIENTS
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cucumber
1 tbsp salt
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
DIRECTIONS
Place the cucumber, salt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, and fresh dill into
the blender. Turn the seing to ‘purée’ and blend for a few seconds.
Add the Greek yogurt and sour cream. Turn the speed down to 3. Pulse manually for a few
seconds
