INGREDIENTS
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cucumber
1 tbsp salt
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
DIRECTIONS
Place the cucumber, salt, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, and fresh dill into
the blender. Turn the seing to ‘purée’ and blend for a few seconds.
Add the Greek yogurt and sour cream. Turn the speed down to 3. Pulse manually for a few
seconds
