INGREDIENTS
16oz. bag of roasted peanuts
1 tbsp peanut oil (optional)
set some peanuts aside for chunky peanut buer
DIRECTIONS
Mix the peanuts with the peanut oil, and pour the mixture into the Pitcher. Purée the
mixture until it’s very smooth. (For chunky peanut buer, add in extra nuts and pulse 2-4
times.)
Store your smooth peanut buer in a sealed container in the fridge. It will be good for 2
weeks.
