Strawberry Cake
Waffles
1 cup all-purpose our
1 tbsp white sugar
¼ cup freeze-dried strawberry
powder
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter or
vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, sift the our, sugar, strawberry powder, baking
powder, and salt. Whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter in a separate
bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just incorporated.
2. Grease the Mini Maker with butter or coat lightly with cooking oil.
3. Add 3–4 tbsp of batter to your Mini Maker and cook until golden brown
on both sides. Repeat with the remaining batter.
4. Serve with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
